Air-Cushion Tables
Heavy panels glide effortlessly without scratches, protecting delicate laminates and finishes.

PC-Based Control & Optimization Software
Integrated Biesse optimization software calculates the most efficient cutting layouts, minimizing material wastage and maximizing yield.

Enhanced Operator Safety & Monitoring
Automated cutting cycles keep operators at a safe distance while advanced sensors monitor blade performance and accuracy in real time.

This technology allows us to achieve millimeter-level precision, ensuring perfect module alignment during installation.

A industrial cold press machine is essential for high-quality laminating, offering a controlled environment to bond veneers, HPL, or laminates to substrates like MDF and plywood. Unlike manual methods, it provides uniform pressure distribution across the entire surface, eliminating air bubbles and ensuring a perfectly flat finish without telegraphing defects. This process is highly cost-effective as it requires no heat, significantly reducing energy consumption compared to hot presses. Furthermore, cold pressing preserves the integrity of delicate materials and glues, preventing warping or heat-related discoloration. By utilizing a multi-platen system, shops can stack and press multiple panels simultaneously, drastically increasing production throughput and consistency.

Storage & Logistics

At Mamma’s Kitchens & Wardrobes®, careful storage and secure handling play a vital role in maintaining the quality achieved during production.

1. ORGANIZED STORAGE

Panels and finished components are stored systematically to prevent bending, warping, or surface damage. Materials are kept protected from dust and moisture, while hardware and accessories are stored separately for safety and easy identification.

2. PROTECTIVE PACKAGING

Before dispatch, all panels are wrapped with protective materials. Corners and edges are secured to avoid transit damage, and each component is labeled clearly for smooth on-site installation.

3. SAFE TRANSPORTATION

Products are loaded carefully to prevent impact or scratches during transit. Delivery schedules are coordinated in advance to ensure timely installation and efficient project execution.

Quality Control Process

At Mamma’s Kitchens & Wardrobes®, quality is monitored at every stage to ensure precision, durability, and a flawless finish in every project.

1. RAW MATERIAL INSPECTION

All boards, laminates, veneers, and hardware are checked for thickness, strength, moisture levels, and surface consistency before production begins. Only approved materials move forward for processing.

2. PRECISION & DIMENSION CHECKS

After cutting and machining, every panel is measured to ensure accurate dimensions and proper alignment. This guarantees smooth installation and perfect modular fitting at the client’s site.

3. SURFACE & FINISHING REVIEW

Each panel is inspected to ensure smooth edge banding, bubble-free lamination, uniform texture, and scratch-free surfaces. Only components that meet our finishing standards proceed further.

4. HARDWARE & FUNCTION TESTING

Drawers, shutters, hinges, and sliding systems are tested for smooth movement, correct alignment, and durability before dispatch.

5. FINAL PRE-DISPATCH INSPECTION

Before delivery, all components undergo a final review to ensure structural strength, aesthetic consistency, and installation readiness.
